This is a tailored 12 week meal plan to put you on track to your weight loss goal - MOST POPULAR.
You will be required to fill several questionnaires so that we can get to know your current lifestyle and eating habits.
The questionnaire responses will be used to put together a tailored plan for you.
Meals and quantities will be personalised to suit you and your objectives.
Meal sizes will be adjusted periodically to enable the most efficient weight loss, without compromising your health.
A generic 12 week workout programme will be included to aid your weight loss.
Coaching will be provided in this package.
The service will offer weekly check ins, where your coach will be able to review your progress and offer any modifications if the coach feels it is required.
Coaching also includes on going moral support throughout the 4 weeks.
4 Additional weeks will be provided to help you get back to a sustainable way of eating off plan meals. A new meal plan will NOT be provided for these last 4 weeks.
